Hello,

I am trying to make a business plan presentation into power point.

I would like to be able to update my main assumptions directly from power point: the objective would be to feed my assumptions cells in my excel file directly from power point information so that I can change my assumptions in power point and see the results in the graph directly without having to go into excel.

Thank you for your help.

So this is a PowerPoint question rather then an Excel question?

I tried it with a connection (obdc I think) but that didn't work out the way you intended.

What is most simple: insert an Excel sheet with the button in PP (Tables and then the Excel one). It opens a kind of Excel sheet. When you copy your original data in that sheet and make your graphic, you are able to change the data in that table when you double click on the graphic. The graphic changes imediately with the changing of the data.

Hello,

Here is a short guide on how to insert linked Excel data to PowerPoint.
And here is a guide showing how to insert a linked Excel chart.
