I need to match debits and credits which this formula helps to do, but the amounts that match off need to be associated with the same contract number. So the condition in my situation would be a contract number.

I have attached an excel spreadsheet with a very simplified version of my real data... The formula in the original post works to identify debits and credits that match off... however, I need the debits and credits that match off ONLY within their corresponding contract number..
