Hi,
Is there a formula or a process I can take in Excel to either remove partial duplicates or get a distinct count of Suppliers where the supplier is listed several times in different ways. For example one cell may have puncutation or is abbreaviated.

Hello,
There are some tools and methods you can use, most of them only looks for exact duplicates. I found a web page here that gives short explanations on how to go about. The difficulties will surely be defining what is a duplicated value when dealing with abbreviations.
