I tried to replicate this Mynda video for my data which is attached and successfully created a manual table starting from column L.
But when I change the data in my pivot tables, the same is not getting updated in the manual data. Not sure, what I am missing. For information, mine is Office 365. My end goal is to get a dynamic slicer chart from that manual data.  Please guide

Thanks

G. Lakshmipathi

Hi,

I am not sure why you have two different table sources, when comparing the ticket ID's between Created and Closed tables it is the same creation and close dates. You only have more useful data in the closed table.

Anyway, for me it works fine, the data in range L6:N17 updates the changes accordingly after I update the Pivot Table that feeds it. Just press CTRL + ALT + F5 after you have updated the tables and the Pivot Tables will update too.

If I have missed what the issue is please highlight it.

Br,
Anders

To answer your first query, since the closed dates will be different from created dates, I cannot have one data for both. For example, the tickets closed in Jan would have been created prior to that.
For the data update, will check once again at my end.
Thank you very much for assisting.

Regards

G. Lakshmipathi
