I have tried some vba code with no results.
Manually I can copy and paste from one worksheet to combine in a final one.
My target is combine 12 worksheets in one. One after another.
Manually I do well copying the cells and pasting.
Do you know a completely free utility to do this ?

You can use Power Query, which is free and built into Excel. This post gives step by step instructions for combining sheets with Power Query.
