I want to copy a row from PP Part 1 worksheet if AJ# <=2 where # is the row number to SharePoint worksheet. The data runs from row 2 to row 123. I do not want any rows on SharePoint to be blank.
SO for instance on PP Part 1 ... AJ2 is <=2 and the row should copy to SharePoint row 2
AJ3 is NOT and will not copy
AJ4 is ,=2 and the row should copy to SharePoint row 3

Hi Svea,
To do this using formulas would be unwieldy and error prone. I don't recommend it. Instead I would use a PivotTable for this. In the attached file I've formatted your 'PP Part 1' data in an Excel Table, which has added column headers. You probably want to rename these, but beware that when you do it will break the PivotTable on the 'SharePoint' worksheet.
I've added a Slicer for column21, which is column AJ, so you can choose values 1 and 2 to include in the PivotTable.
