conditional formating ( expiry date in red color and active date in green within year till today

I have a training matrix for 8 training courses to be doen by staff every 2 years. my manager asked me to edit the expiry date and make it for 1 year. how to edit the old conditional formating ( 2 years valid date) and changed to ( 1 year valid date). I tried to change but i failed.Capture.PNG

=TODAY()?<365 = red

 

=AND(TODAY()-?>=365, ?<>"")= green

Please see this tutorial on Conditional Formatting using Formulas to understand what you put in your question mark placeholders. If you're still stuck after reading that, please share your Excel file so we can see where you've gone wrong.
