Hi,
I have encrypted an Excel file with a password, the password is known to me and I want to unencrypt and the file will open normally without a password, how do I do this?
Thanks

Hi Lea,
So you mean encrypted as in you encrypted it in Windows using BitLocker or EFS? Or is it just that the file is password protected?
Regards

If you mean the password to open the file, simply open it (supplying the password) then select File - Protect Workbook, Encrypt with password and clear the password from the dialog box, then save the file.

Another method is press F12 and under Tools-General Options remove the password and press OK
