hi. hope you can help me
i wish to create a caledar wheel with different projects during the year at my work for a better overview.

atm im thinking if it is possible in a sunburst chart or perhaps doughnut charts, but cant seem to really contemplate how to do it in practice
ps love the youtube videos and tutorials etc.

I had the same idea to use Sunburst charts, but they aren't customisable enough to reproduce that calendar wheel in the same way. You might get something close though...or close enough. I'd start with some hierarchical data you'd typically use in a sunburst chart and then see how you can modify it to your calendar data.
