AVERAGEIFS with multiple conditions

I need the average of certain data in a column, but not all the data.  See the attached spreadsheet for explanation.

I apologize, I did not get the file attached.  Thanks for the reminder Phil. 

The attached in written with Office 365, Excel v2404, but I need it to work in Excel 2016.

If you filter the Discount Factor in "Averageifs - multiple conditions II.xlsx" to only PR and T1, it will be easier to see the data for each ticket.

Hello,

In your sample data you have no T1 discount factor below 12, that is why you get the #DIV/0! error. You can use IF or IFERROR to handle such scenarios.

PR is the factor that should be <> 12.  The T1 is averaged.  

This has been solved on another site.  Thanks to everyone.  Vicki

Hi Vicki,

Thanks for following up, however in future when you cross post you should declare that up front so volunteers know that they could be wasting their time if the question has been asked and answered elsewhere. This is forum etiquette no matter what forum you post on.
