PR is the factor that should be <> 12. The T1 is averaged. This has been solved on another site. Thanks to everyone. Vicki

If you filter the Discount Factor in "Averageifs - multiple conditions II.xlsx" to only PR and T1, it will be easier to see the data for each ticket.
