What exactly are you needing? My first instinct is to just use like an index and match or reference the cell itself (=BOE!F4 in cell F5 on the DATA sheet for example) but I feel like I'm not understanding your question.

Summary data's updating in BOE F-column, e.g. F4 arrived qty I have updated 12014

this qty I need to auto update in DATA sheet F-Column based on BOE(Generic Code & Export No.)
yellow highlighted I have updated by manually arrived qty

1. qty should be update as per Generic code & Export.No from BOE
2. Data(Sheet) -- arrived (F-Column) need to update qty not greater than E-Column
3. I have updated BOE-sheet Cow finished leather 21430 in, this qty I have manually updated in Data-sheet
