The practise file for automating refresh button for Pivot table is missing for me, please let me know how I could view them or send them by email please ([email protected]).
Also I have a doubt on how did you copy the workbook into the VBA dialog box, it was too fast to grasp.

Can you please let me know which session number you're referring to for the practice file?
In regards to copying the workbook into the VBA dialog box, you don't copy them, they are already available in the list of objects you can work with in the VBA editor window. I hope that answers your question, but if not, perhaps you can provide a screenshot of what you're referring to.
