Hi Ahmed,
If you're referring to downloading the course videos, then the email with the download link is sent out 31 days after you joined. In the meantime you can watch the tutorials online. If you wish to download the videos prior to that please email us.
If you have any technical questions like this in future you can just email us at website@myonlinetraininghub.com as the forum is for Excel support.
