I am doing some work for an organisation and have used xlookup in the formulas. I have just found they have Excel 2007 and therefore Xlookup is not available. They may upgrade, but might not be for a few weeks due to authorisation etc.
What can I can use in the attached dashboard in the "Data" tab instead of Xlookup for columns B, C and D?
Thanks for any assistance.

If its just a 1 to 1 match you want you cant go far wrong with index and match
=INDEX('Risks List'!$F:$F,MATCH([@Name],'Risks List'!$I:$I,0))
