Hi, I'm new to this forum and I have been trying to make charts and dashboards for my spreadsheet that I use to record my Utility expenses. I have the years across the top and the months in first column and the cost in the second column then totaling in the next row. I have the same for all the utilities i.e. hydro, gas, water...
I'm not sure what your question is; however, if you are going to do tables and graphs you really want your data in a tabular format. You can load it into power query to get it in a much friendlier format. 🙂

Load it into power query and unpivot some columns. In the worksheet I provided in my previous answer I provided the worksheet and put it into a tabular table. When you open power query you hopefully can follow what I did to get it to the end table I provided.
