Dear,
Our Projects are completed with month wise, How can i use Conditional formatting to show the start month and end month?

Welcome to our forum!
Your dashboard is structured a little different to mine in that you don't have the days completed. You can conditionally format the 'in progress' cells based on the start and end dates using this formula:
=AND($D7<=EOMONTH(J$6,-1)+1,$E7>=J$6)
Remember to select cell J7:AA35 then open the Conditional Formatting menu and insert the formula above.
Note: you need to start your dates at 31 Jul 2020 in cell J6.
