I am a new member and this is my first post.
Also i am new to the excel. Therefore please help me to draw a chart.
One JCB machine takes 15 minutes to excavate the mud and it take 4 minutes to load the mud to the tipper. The tipper also transports the mud to the designation and returns to the starting point in 56 minutes. There are five tippers at that location. This process is repeated. Please help me to draw vertical bar chart for this process.
Thank you

Hi Nish,
This sounds like homework rather than a real world scenario, and I'm afraid we don't do people's homework for them. But will be happy to point you in the right direction so you can learn.
First, what exactly do you want to be graphed? Excavation time? Loading time? Travel time for the tipper to/from unloading?
That said, I'm not sure of the point in charting this process. You'll just end up with bars representing the time taken to do the various tasks and that doesn't really give you any insights which would be the reason you create the chart.
Start by creating a table with the values you want to chart e.g.
Excavation |
15 |
Then select your data and from the Ribbon -> Insert -> Column or Bar Chart.
Regards
Phil
