Hi Kabil,
Welcome to our forum. The purpose of the forum isn't to do this work for you. You would need to make an attempt at it and then if you get stuck writing a formula we could possibly help. You would need to show us your attempt and explain how the formula should calculate for us to help you come up with the correct syntax.

The data/business isn't something I'm familiar with. It uses acronyms I don't recognise, so it's difficult to help without further explanation. From what I can tell, you need a range of skills to tackle the various tasks, but I don't have specific tutorials I can point you to to answer any one question other than perhaps the forecasting: Forecast Sheets
