I have a table where I formatted
the date however in the table it's just showing the numbers yet in the formula bar it shows it formatted?

Suggest you attach a sample file showing this issue so that we can evaluate it. Cannot manipulate data in a picture.

@alansidman Here is it is. When I copy the data with copy/paste to a new sheet it's fine. To keep the issue I had to copy the whole sheet.

You must have set the worksheet to "Show Formulas" by accident. Press the icon on the Formulas ribbon and your problem will be solved.
