I am not able to name the various Grand Totals. In the blank cell after I add the Grand Total in the Row Labels. I typed the space bar then Enter, I immediately got an error warning. I won't be able to go the Field Setting unless I type something in the cell. But anything I typed will be added in the front of new various Grand Totals eg. if I typed Blank the new Grand Total below will be named Blank Sum etc.
Can you please advise.

Hey Chao,
The various Grand Totals cannot change their names.
By default, they are named: Sum, Count, Average, Max, Min.

I think that I probably didnot explain well. I have copied the cell as shown below. After I dropped Grand total into Row Labels box, the below is what is shown in the Pivot table. I press Space key and then Enter key. I am get an error msg after pressing Enter key and I wont be able to go to the Value field setting to choose andy Various grand totals accordingly.

Hey Chao,
You may be using the space bar for another Field, that is why you are getting the error message.
Try putting in 2 spaces or even a character like *
Then press ENTER.
