I select Value Field Settings to add more than one sub-total/grand total but instead of being given the option to select customise and sum and average I only get to select one calculation, such as sum.

Does anyone else have this problem?  I have recently enabled Power Pivot add-in.  However, removing the add-in doesn't seem to make much difference.
