I have a notes column in a Workbook, on 2 separate sheets (column L).  The Tasks sheet contains all projects I have worked, like a running list.  The Active Projects is only projects that have not been closed out yet (based on if Column M on Tasks = "Active") .  Each week I send this file to my boss, so the Active list allows her to easily review what is not completed and we can discuss when we meet each week.  Okay now I create everything on the Tasks sheet, but, the Active Projects sheet is 100% formulas (hence the blue text).  I would like a macro that would auto bold and auto underline the dates ONLY the dates when they begin a new line, such as shown here on BOTH tabs.  I would rather not have a macro in my Tasks page, as I have a huge change event that adds assigned/start/end dates to each project as they are added and the status changes.  I have no objection to a manual macro (button push), as this is My workbook. My concerns are:

1)  The bold/underline must appear on each sheet (Active Projects & Tasks)

2) Only for the date that starts a new line

3) Meetings are listed, these dates are not to be bold/underlined

You can't format part of a formula result, so the formulas in column L on the Active projects tab would have to be converted to values - is that going to pose a problem for you?

As this is a workbook I send to her weekly, yes it would be a problem.  Unless of course the conversion to values for this sheet was part of a save Macro/, the filename would remain asis (with today's date in this format: Filename - MM-DD-YYYY.xlsx).  It could be saved in an xlsx format, as she would not require any of the macros, and data within the Active sheet could be converted to Values during this process.
