Hello

Am new here but glad at the opportunity of joining the enthusiasts of the VBA fraternity.

Am from Kenya and one who is growing to learn and appreciate the intricacies of VBA coding. Am engaged in a project or creating a cash payment record system for an auto transport firm. My coding so far is still at its skeleton stage. My focus of attention is on the user form named frmMembersearch. On this form one enters the Vehicle Registration no and Clicks the View Details button and the relevant details related to the plate no are displayed in the list box below. My problem lies with the Member Gender combo box whereby if I select the Gender specification for example MALE from the drop down list and click View Gender list the list box should be populated with the Male members only but annoyingly  it displays both Males and Females members. The same is the case if I select FEMALE specification from the drop down list. I have repeatedly checked my coding to no avail. I will be grateful if someone can give me some enlightened guidance as where my code requires tweaking.

Cheers

Carlos

I found two errors and got your code to work as is. First is, you are referring to code name Sheet 1, but that is tab 2; change your codename to sheet2. Second is you want to clear your contents on sheet5 at the beginning of your code. I commented the codes that I changed. 🙂 Good luck with your project!!
