Wow! Thank you so much. This is awesome.
I checked the result which you sent me and it is great.
I want to test other address but I can't use the file as I face this issue "Expression.Error: The import Table.FuzzyNestedJoin matches no exports. Did you miss a module reference?"
So I attached some images, please check it and let me know how I can solve it.
Deep thanks Catalin.

Make sure first that your version of PQ has the fuzzy match function.
You are right, I have to install latest version. I will ask my Administrator to apply this by coming Monday as we're on vacation
Please can you run attached address file to let me test it till I get latest version of power query.
Thanks;
Marsil

Result is very good. thanks so much Catalin.
IT team installed latest version of power query but I still face the same issue, I checked Google and I found some news about Fuzzy Matches with the Power Query is valid for office 360 subscribers only, is this correct? please confirm.

Yes, it's not available in standalone versions of office.
Go to Power BI desktop, the free version has all functions.
Hi Catalin,
Unfortunately, I couldn't create the same steps using Power BI desktop. please can help to create it.
I'm sure you are busy, when you have a chance please reply.
Thank you very much; your support is greatly appreciated.
Thanks;
Marsil
You don't have to recreate the steps.
Just start a new project, connect to your Address.xlsx file with data, then go to Advanced Editor, just paste the entire query you have in the excel file and replace the source. All other steps are exactly the same.
