Your sample is all over the place, could you possibly supply a couple of rows showing your desired results?

Hi David,

Your source data is a bit of a mess, but this might be a good start.

Ben.

I hope those data you given are dummy as they contain some sensitive data such as bank a/c no etc.

I tried with the test data  OK

But when  replace with actual ie data to run failed with following error.

so what should I pay attention when copy and place the data to the macro file

Hi David

What is the error message?

Can you post your actual file with (without the personal data)?

A few records will do, as I need to see what is in column B

Hi David,

If the macro works with test data but not with real data then your test data is not an accurate reflection of your real data.

You need to provide test data that is an accurate copy of real world data.

If you just provide us with a screenshot of the line causing the error, but not the error message or the data that caused it, we can't debug it.
