Hi,
i have a specific question about power querry and breaking out master data.
I Would like to use Power querry to create a report and a Dashboard for an organisation which has a 5 business line, each composed of 2 to 5 cost center. A data i have is for 2 fiscal year : 24 columns for periodic amount plus others columns for actual, budget and other calculations. Its totalise almost 1340 columns. First column is a catégories of revenus and expenses for each cost center.
I would like to transform a data to create a dynamic report, by selected period, year, cost center, business line and total.
I’ve try some transformation and modelling with no success.

Hi Mohammed,
Welcome to our forum! It sounds like your data is in the wrong format. You can use Power Query to unpivot it so that it's in a tabular format. This format can then be analysed and summarised in PivotTables etc. to automate your reporting.
