Good Day Members,

I really have a tricky one here, either i am asking for the wrong solution or i simply need help with adding new rows.

Background Information:
This is an employee analysis report (excel) for a construction company which analysis both the Attendance (location & Duration) and Non-Attendance of their employees. The information comes for the in house built HR and Timekeeping System.

Both Absenteeism and Attendance are single transactions per day.
All forms of leave (sick; government processing ec cetera ) have a day quantity the transaction.

For the purpose of analysis and reporting, i require the quantity of leave to be transformed into a single transaction per day.
Then i will merge the Database Absenteeism; Attendance and Leave into a single table where all of this information will be analysed.

I would really appreciate your help with this as its consumes a lot of my time when the report is require it consumes about 3 hours of my time to put together...

Your workbook isn't particularly helpful (to me anyway) as none of the source data is available to have a look at. Could you at least provide an anonymised sample of the leave data that you want transformed?

Hi Velouria,

I here are the screenshots of the data in Power M.
1) These 3 tables need to be Merged
2) KS_Leave (Power M Screenshot 003) requires the new rows based on a calculation (as mentioned above)
