I was wondering how it would be possible to send a weekly round up email to a different team member when certain options in an excel table have been selected.
For example, I would like to email Sarah a weekly list of the projects that have been added and coded as 'Play' with the key information on the projects for her to action and update

Without sample data, then perhaps you could filter your spreadsheet and email the filtered results. Rinse and Repeat.
