I'm developing this queries on a PC Windows Excel 365 version. Part of my team uses Macbook iOS Excel 365.
Can they updated data, just using refresh on the Mac Excel?

Although PQ came to the Mac a while ago, it is still far from complete, when you compare it to the PC version. Connectivity is limited and you can, therefore, not refresh just any query that works on the PC.
So, the answer is that it all depends on what kind of queries/connections you are dealing with.
