The link provided takes me on the internet to "Page Not Found"
In any event, you can bring a PDF file into Power Query also called Get and Transform Data in later versions of Excel. In power query, you can mashup the data to a format you prefer and then export directly to Native Excel. You may want to try and upload the PDF and a mocked up solution of what you want it to look like in Excel. Keep the file small 8-12 records.
