I have several scanned documents to convert into Excel files—thousands of pages. As a first step, I used an application to convert the images into readable text. Then, using Power Query, I extracted the tables. My problem is that Power Query doesn’t correctly identify the columns and splits a single column into multiple ones. Is there a solution to speed up the process?

Difficult to judge without seeing examples of the scanned/converted files you are working with.
