Hello Everyone,
I am new user to power query . My work involve comparing data. I have to manually replace text in data transactions every day which takes a lot of time.
I have to prepare the information which appears in column G through find and replace formula. I am aware that through power query you can extract and transform the data the way I want in column G for thousand rows using M language that text replace find multiple text string with replace value in each row for whole column
I want to replace the text that appears in the B Column known as description to be replaced by the text that needs to be appears in the G Column.

Hi,
I noticed that quite a few views but no replies. I'll take a shot at it, but I don't understand what you are trying to do. Looking at the attachment are you trying to replace all of the text in Column B (which is labeled "Details") with the text in Column G, labeled New Details 1?
Do you want to replace every row in Column B with the data in Column G, or just the text you have highlighted?
Perhaps you can show a table with the results you want.
