Hi, I searched several Excel sites; however, I could not find an answer or video on the "Topic name" above. How do I merge/append/joint two tables with inconsistent employee names to make a Pivot Table? I have two spreadsheets that have a column header named “Employee Name”, and majority of names are inconsistent, i.e., Bidden,Bobby A verse Bidden,Bobby Allen.
