Hello,

I'm getting messages when i refresh a query that calls up a variable which is formed in Excel and when refreshing a query that collects data from an Oracle Database through a sql in the Query.

The messages that I get are in attachment.

The Title of the first is Microsoft Office has identified a potential Security concern. The operation connects to an external data source.

The second Native Database Query Do you approve running tOverview-Variables-Excel-and-Queries-1.pngImage Enlarger

Query-Current.pngImage Enlarger
his native query ?

Can someone tell me If i can get rid of these messages ? I want to run the queries automaticcaly so i don't want popup messages that interrupts the automated process.

Thank You In Advance.

My Best Regards,

Hi Marc,

I'd say this is down to your privacy settings for this query. Open the query and go to the File tab > Options & Settings > Data Source Settings and edit the permissions, setting the Privacy Level to none.

Mynda
