Is Power Query related to Power Automate, another Microsoft tool?

Not really, no.

They are both part of the Power Tools package put out by Microsoft. They both have their unique purpose.
- Power Query is for transforming data and visualizing it.
- Power Automate is for scheduling tasks which could be based on a scheduled time or on event actions, etc. I use Power Automate to help with my Power Apps.
