Hello,
What's the process for duplicating rows based on a value in another column?
I have a spreadsheet that has the ID Number, Date and Count. What I want to do is add a new row for each ID based on what the original date is. I would also like to halve the value in the Count column but that's not required. I can do that later, if needed.
I've attached my spreadsheet that shows the original data and the desired output, along with the date parameters that would be changed. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use a merge to bring in the extra dates. Then merge those columns and split into rows. See file attached.
