Evening, I work in an environment where data must be contained and linking to external sources even within the network is challenging and authentication is problematic. I am attempting to create the "excel as a CRM" with structured data already held in separate tabs in the workbook, and have that filtered data (primary/linking key) populate a "form" on a tab to show all relevant records from across the 5 worksheets in one place.
- The file is sitting in an MS Teams tenancy, when I attempt to use the "sharepoint" options I come across authentication issues
- I have attempted to use other type of "get data" from the data menu but cannot make it work and it looks so different ie doesn't compact down to one column etc
- I cannot use VBA or run macros, but have been able to use a JS to create new records using a button and will create others for navigation
- The data will be added to over time in the structured format across most tables.
If someone can point me towards some resources that would assist me that would be great. I need to remove all my data and de-identify some field names before uploading a file. I will attempt to do that tomorrow. Regards and thanks, g

You could create a sample file of fictitious information that would resemble your actual file. Usually it is only necessary to create a file structure with 8-15 records. Once you have that part completed, mock up your expected results for the sample file. Then we might have a good idea of what you are working with and what you expect for results. Good Luck.
