There are some rows with blanks but with the same ID. How can I fill them up with the same info for the same ID?
Please refer tot he attachment.

Nothing attached, Jim. Please click the 'Start' button after selecting the file and wait for the grey check mark beside the file size before clicking 'submit'.
Note: you can use Fill Down and Fill Up on the Transform tab to copy data from rows to fill blanks.
