Hi Alan,
It's possible to deal with changing column names - but really the best solution is to fix the problem at source. Can you get the new files created such that the headers are consistent? If not, then I'll see what I can do to fix the issue.
Please attach some sample data so I can see what columns are changing and also provide your query.
