Hi Mynda,
My Excel for Office 365 didn't support the feature "get data from Microsoft Exchange. Therefore, I used PowerBI desktop instead. The problem I encountered is that after supplying the email address, there is no more place to let me type in my password. It's quite strange, right?

Hi Julian,
Have you tried this before? It only asks you for the password the first time you try. If you need to edit the email and or password this is done via Data Source Settings. In Power BI this is done via the File tab > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings.
I'm wondering if you have Exchange...if your version of Office 365 doesn't support connecting to Exchange then maybe your email isn't on an Exchange server? It would be odd to have a Home install of Office 365 but use Exchange.

Hi Mynda,
I've communicated with MS consumer support team this afternoon for half an hour without solid conclusion. Therefore, they asked me to talk with their professional support team next Monday. Finally, not until now did I figure out I didn't have an Exchange account at all. Perhaps Office outlook has something related to Exchange, but there are two different products. Mynda, you've spoken to the point.
