Hi
I am trying to help my brother getting an overview of work projects and private stuff - holiday and so on.
I have got a Query with a "Netto" list of dates / available working days and a query with projects, start dates and estimated number of working days.
First issue is to create a calender with private appointments and projects shown as different numbers on all dates for the duration of the project/ private appointment. For instance "1" for private and "2" for projects.
But how do I create a calendar listing everything combined in detail, where level of detail is on dates ?

It's difficult to say without seeing the file and desired output, but you might find some helpful ideas you can use in this Excel Project Management dashboard report which shows tasks over time.
