My Question is about Adding few values from one column only. It is a Text Column but I created a Pivot Table and used Count so now I have numbers.
I created a pivot table and now I have these numbers. I have to add 0+3+1 = New Column which will show 4 and 10+5+3=18 will show in a different column? How do I do this? Should this be done in Source File or in Pivot Table or Power Query and How? Thanks

The answer is, it depends!
There's not enough information to answer your question. If the end result of what you want is what you see in the PivotTable with a column added on the end, then you could possibly use calculated fields or calculated items in the PivotTable. Alternatively, you could use Group By in Power Query to count the data and then add a column to sum the values. It all comes down to how your data is structured and what you want to do with the data from this point on.
Perhaps you could provide a sample file so we have a better idea and can help you further.
