I imported a text file to Power Query, but I've got one record (out of approximately 90,000 records) where the data is not aligned properly, meaning that the information that should be in column T is going into column U, etc. This is causing an error when I try to load my data. In Excel, I simply cut and pasted the data into the correct columns. How do I eliminate this error in my Power Pivot query?

It's hard to say. If you're just importing a text file then the whole file should come in as is. Are you trying to merge that text file query with another query? Are you making transformations that could be causing the issue?
I need more background information about the process you're taking, or preferably the files in question.
