Hi,
Say i have an excel workbook, . Workbook1. With 4 worksheets. Sheet1-4.
And that file feeds into another one [Workbook2] that is sent out to someone...
Question - can I hide Sheet1-3 and leave 4 on workbook1. And run a power query so it sends data to workbook2?
Or do the sheets need to be unhidden?
Please advise.

Hi Cele,
Power Query only sends data to the file containing the query. You can't send it to an external file. i.e. Workbook 2.
AFAIK you can hide sheets and Power Query will still work. I does for me anyhow. It's easy for you to test, just hide the sheet and refresh the query.
