I've attached an example file which I think explains what I want to do.

I have clock-in/out data in a vertical structure and am looking to output in a more suitable format for calculation of duration of shift etc.

Most of the time, there will only be one clock-in and out time for each person in the data but occasionally there will be 2 - I have covered this in the sample data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
