What version of Excel are you using? If you have Excel 2010 you need to download the add-in. Versions from 2013 onward come with Power Query already installed.

My excel vesion 2016 Professional Plus.

Is there any interrupt Pivot Data after installing Power Query.

I have calculation file regarding  Production expense by machinery. The calculation results show the TTL value of Overhead Expenses per machine is equal (1,115.- baht /machine/hour) but after rearrange and replace all od  #DIV/0!  by  "0", all value change, not equal but weight by a number of Usage Hour.

I want to know why the results show a difference even though we did not change any formula.

Additional more information which types wrong!!

If we change all the figures inside the data of each cell.  The impossible value just replaces by "0" value. ( Same formula )  , all figure of Pivot data change.

My calculation before delete  #DIV/0!  , each machine has Overhead expenses per hour  = 1,115.-baht . Then after change #DIV/0!! to "0"

its shows each machine expense become figure was weight by No. of Uasge hour/machine.

I do not know why???

I'll answer this one here but in future can you please start a new thread for each new topic.

PivotTables allow you to type a new value in a cell to replace errors or (blanks). See this post here for the explanation. I suspect this is what has happened in your scenario.
