On the above link, look at 11.07 time, when you taught to create a new measure for Active employees.
I have followed the same steps. But when i click ok, i see a new Measure but with no results. Pls help

Welcome to our forum. It's great to see you're trying to rebuild the dashboard.
Please share a screenshot of your measure formula, the diagram view showing your model structure and the PivotTable and field list you've placed your measure in so I can see what fields and from what tables it uses. Alternatively, you can upload your file.
