Hi,
I was led here from watching a video online. I have very basic skills with excel, but I have been learning a lot in the last couple of months. I do not know how to code, ie VBA. However, I feel like a lot of the things I want, utilize VBA help.
I have a big excel file but I have broken down what I am looking for on this example.
1. My first option was to add a hyperlink to the model number so I can click it and have it direct me to the site. This makes things easier to access in one sheet. However, it does not give me all the information that I am looking for. In my full worksheet, I have 7 pivot tables next to each other with different slicers for each one. Something like 35 slicers on one sheet.
2. My second solution that I thought would work would be if the slicers that are assigned to the pivot table, also filtered and sorted the information from the source table. Then I would be able to got to that sheet, see which one I want, and click on it there for the hyperlink, since I know how to make the hyperlink there.
I hope this explains what I am looking for.
As a bonus, is there an easy way to make this system into a software/program, or do I need to involve a software engineer.

Thanks for the file. However, I don't fully understand how it relates to your question and where the hyperlinks come into play.

When I sort the pivot table information, I only have the model numbers showing that are relevant to the slicers. I would like to be able to click on the model number and have it direct me to the models website for more information. I know how to add the hyperlink to the regular table and have it show as a model number. What I am not sure of is how to add the hyperlink to the pivot table without VBA. This would be preferred so I dont have to go though many sheets to access the hyperlinks.
My other solution would be, if the slicers that filter the pivot table can also filter the original table, and click the hyperlink from there. When I use the slicers for the pivot table, the original tables are not affected.
I can make another sheet if needed to explain my issues.

I don't believe you can not include hyperlinks from a data source in a pivot table, so your other solution would be the way to go. So I would you forget about using a pivot table and just apply the slicers directly to the Excel table. Wouldn't that solve your issue?
