Last time I posted a query, I had the dates in the actual and budget sheets with different dates (01/07/2021 v 21/07/2021) so Power Pivot would not append budget and actuals. This time I have checked the formatting up, down, and inside out for both sheets and on this one allocation line (1007 - achieve rate) it will not append. All other allocation lines work in exactly the same file, but not this one.
Is anyone able to have a look and assist, please?

Is this the type of presentation you are looking for? If so, it is a merge (join) in PQ and not an append

I tried merging, and excel won't allow me to complete the steps required, as the final 'OK' button is greyed out. I am possibly doing something wrong, but it seems pretty intuitive...
I have followed a tutorial from Mynda called 'Combine Excel Worksheets with Power Query, and she definitely appends and then groups the data. The process has worked just fine with all my other data - just not this one allocation code.
